Bought a unit here as an investment and it’s been easy to keep rented. High demand due to proximity to universities and hospitals. The finishes are upscale and the amenities look great in listing photos, which helps a lot with marketing (which I'll admit I'm not good at)

Fleur has a sleek, modern vibe with upscale finishes throughout. The location is perfect for students and professionals - super close to TMU and all downtown transit lines. The building feels secure and the amenities are spotless.

The location is convenient, but it’s definitely a busier part of town. Lots of construction and street noise depending on which side you're on. The building itself is stylish and new, but some of the units are smaller than expected.

I’ve been renting here for almost a year and it’s been mostly positive. The unit has a smart layout and gets great natural light. Elevators can be slow at peak times, but otherwise the building is well managed and the concierge team is professional.

Living at Fleur has been a breeze. The unit is bright and modern and I love being in such a walkable neighbourhood. The staff are courteous, the building feels safe -- I haven't had a single issue since moving in.

Fleur is great for downtown living. You’re steps away from grocery stores, transit and restaurants. The units are compact but thoughtfully designed. Great for first-time buyers or investors, very easy to rent out.

I toured the building and was impressed by the gym and lounge area. The building feels well maintained and has a good balance of energy and privacy. Not the cheapest, but the location justifies it.

Moved in recently and couldn’t be happier. The lobby feels like a boutique hotel, and my unit has floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing views. It’s a vibrant area and I love being able to walk everywhere.

Great location, the concierge is usually pretty ok, but the noise is the biggest proglem! Construction and not to mention the sirens all the time. Amenities are ok, and the rent is ok but make sure you check around.

I work with a moving company a nd always like when this is the building we are called to. Lots of space, convenient set up, easy location to get in and out of with the trucks! Not sure if that's helpful for most people, but if you need to move in or out this can make all the difference
