Amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, a playground, and convenient access to highways and bus routes. The management is good, but the condo’s hallways need a major update, which could be costly.

Moved here after selling my house and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit and the peaceful surroundings. Humber trails nearby are a huge bonus, especially in the summer.

I've lived here for over a decade and it’s been a stable quiet building. The units are spacious, especially compared to newer condos. Management has done a good job keeping things in good condition.
