Great value for the square footage you get. We’ve enjoyed the amenities and the views from our unit. Most of the residents are friendly and respectful.

I've rented here for a year and like how quiet the building is. It’s not flashy, but everything works and the super is easy to deal with. Love being close to the park and Humber River.

Great place with spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condos (over 1500 sq ft) featuring an ensuite. Amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, a playground, and convenient access to highways and bus routes. The management is good, but the condo’s hallways need a major update, which could be costly.

This building has a nice community vibe and isn’t full of constant turnover. My unit faces green space, I appreciate how peaceful it is. A solid option!

Moved here after selling my house and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit and the peaceful surroundings. Humber trails nearby are a huge bonus, especially in the summer.

The building has solid bones and large layouts, but it definitely shows its age in some areas. Still for the price and location it's worth considering. Wish the lobby had a more modern feel.
