I love my apartment, but it’s been tough lately. We’ve had one elevator for over two months, garbage chutes are almost always broken, and construction noise starts at 6 am. Road closures make getting in and out a nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend this building at the moment.

The building’s pretty solid overall, but weekend noise from Liberty Village can get a bit much. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise amenities are great and the rooftop views are a nice bonus.

Honestly have zero complaints. The suite was quiet, even with neighbours above and below. The concierge actually recognizes you and not just a rotating face at the desk. Feels like home.

As an investor, the tenant pool is steady, all young professionals who want to be near the action. It’s not flashy, but it’s functional and demand stays high.

I’ve rented in a few Liberty buildings and this one has been my favorite so far. Hallways are clean, package delivery is smooth and the layout of my unit actually makes sense. Also feels a bit more lowkey than some of the other towers around.

Love waking up to lake views and being steps from both work and play. The gym’s well equipped and the building has this tightknit feel that’s rare downtown. Would buy again here in a heartbeat.

Stopped by for a showing recently and was impressed with how well kept the common areas are. It didn’t feel dated or generic like some towers can. Liberty Village isn’t for everyone, but if you like that urban-energy-meets-condo living, this one’s worth checking out.

I've lived in 65 for less than a year and I can't wait to move. All of my neighbours are the most inconsiderate and unfriendly people that I've ever come across. They are constantly playing extremely loud music at all hours of the day and night, their dogs bark constantly and two of them even threw raging parties. This behaviour seems to be tolerated in this building for some odd reason. The only good thing that I can point out is that the concierge staff are super friendly and helpful.

Bought my first condo here a few years back and still feel like I made the right choice. Liberty Village has its quirks, but everything is walkable and the community vibe is strong. My unit’s held its value and I’ve had no real issues with management.

The unit itself is decent but sometimes the garbage area gets neglected and the elevators can feel sluggish. On the plus side, Liberty has everything close by so I barely use my car.

Liberty Lakeview Towers is among my favourite condo buildings in Liberty Village. Completed by Plaza Developments in 2013, there are 1,195 condo units spread between the three towers. Some of the building's pros: - I am a big fan of Plaza Developments' older layouts, like the units have, with the large U-Shaped kitchens, larger living area, and more thought-out rooms - The three towers share a variety of amenities, which include an Indoor Pool, a Hot Tub, a Movie Theatre, a Games Room, a Gym, a Bowling Alley, a Golf Simulator, and a Rooftop BBQ Terrace - Reasonable maintenance fees of $0.76 PSFT (The average in the area) - Every unit features hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ample outdoor space Some things to consider: - Elevator wait times can be a bit on the higher side (although not terrible and should be expected in living in a large building like this one) - Confusing parking lot (Visitors enter from 85 East Liberty while residents enter from 65 East Liberty) - For good or for worse, pets aren't allowed in the main lobby. Residents have to use the designated pet door when walking their dogs

Nice area that’s continuously growing, offering easy access to grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and transit options, including TTC and bus services on King Street.

Great and safe location with a large, convenient shopping plaza nearby. The condo is well-maintained, and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming.

Nice condo, though it's starting to show some age. The building still holds up, but a few signs of wear are becoming noticeable.
