Unit is fine but needs some cosmetic updates. Hallways look a bit dated and could use a refresh. It’s not bad, just not quite as polished as some newer buildings nearby.

I appreciate the large lobby and how often they keep it clean. Some of the common areas feel a bit old school, but that’s kind of part of the building’s charm.

Pretty solid value overall. There’s a decent mix of owners and renters, management is generally responsive. The security staff are friendly and actually seem to know residents by name, which goes a long way.

Had a unit here for a few years - no major issues. HVAC worked consistently, no weird plumbing surprises and my neighbours were all quiet and respectful. For a big building, it stays pretty calm!
