    Rented here for a year already and had a really solid experience. The building is small so there’s not much noise or foot traffic. Units are compact but well designed, and the finishes still feel fresh. Elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours.

    Visited a friend who lives here. The lobby is sleek and the building feels well maintained. The unit itself was nice but a little tight on space. The location is super convenient though, especially if you're into city living and transit access.

    Impressive.. The architecture has a cool urban edge and the interiors are tastefully done. I like that it’s tucked away on Mutual so it’s not too noisy but still central. Still comparing with other options in the area.
