Sleek newer condo that delivers on most fronts. Good gym, stylish lobby, friendly concierge. The elevators can take some patience, but overall it’s a good experience. The board also seems pretty organized which I appreciate.

I’ve lived here for a few months now and I’m loving the location. Right by the waterfront trail, so it’s perfect for runs or bike rides. The building is fairly quiet and mostly workiprofessionals. Only downside so far is the elevators can be a bit slow during busy hours.

The sunsets from my unit are unbelievable. I moved here for the views and they haven’t disappointed. The units have clean finishes and good soundproofing. I don’t hear my neighbours at all, which is rare these days.. Highly recommend if you want lakefront living without being downtown!

Not bad, but not exactly what I expected for the price point. The views are definitely a highlight, but the lobby area sometimes feels a bit cramped and I’ve noticed the garbage room gets messy during weekends. Still a good location, just could use a few tweaks.

Great natural light, clean finishes and the balcony is massive. There are a couple of service disruptions w/ construction in the area, but nothing too major.

I absolutely love it here. Being right by the lake makes it feel like you’re not in the city at all, but downtown is still accessible. The rooftop terrace and pool are amazing in the summer. Everything just feels right here.

Amazing views of the lake - that’s easily the best part of living here. Says it right in the name! The bay windows really make the space feel open and bright. Amenities are modern and well kept and the staff have always been responsive whenever I’ve had questions or minor issues.

As an investor, this building was a great choice. Units are well designed with functional layouts, and the condo board seems to run things professionally. No major complaints!

Beautiful lake views great walking and cycling trails and nearby parks make this a lovely place to live !

I’ve lived here for a while, and it’s beautiful, though pricey—typical for Toronto. The concierge is sometimes unavailable since there’s only one staff member. Also, there’s no hot tub, which was disappointing, and the pool is outside, so winter swimming isn’t possible. Aside from that, any complaints are minor and not significant issues.

A pretty nice place to live, right next to the lake. Some views money can't buy
