Visited family here - really elegant entrance and the building smelled clean (surprisingly uncommon)

The units are spacious and the surroundings are beautiful. If you're okay with being outside the core, it's a good choice.

We moved here from a detached home and didn’t want to feel cramped - this place surprised us. The ceilings are higher than most and the windows bring in tons of light. The surrounding parks make it feel more resort than urban. Very pleased with the transition. It's peaceful and the amenities are never too crowded. If you're retiring or downsizing, this building is worth considering.

Toured a unit recently. Impressed by the square footage for the price, plus the views of the Humber River were amazing. Lobby was spacious and concierge greeted us warmly! Strong contender as I keep searching in Etobicoke.

Bought a unit here as an investment. It’s been easy to lease out (being close to the 427 and Humber College and all). The area feels stable and is seeing some development, so long-term appreciation seems likely. Building is older but well maintained. Definitely better value per square foot than anything downtown!

I’ve rented here for almost a year. It’s been a solid experience overall - the unit is big with an open layout and very big windows. The view of the ravine is a real highlight. The lobby feels grand without being over the top. It’s definitely quieter than some downtown buildings, which I personally appreciate. Might look into buying here eventually, honestly.
