Living at 710 Humberwood Blvd means having plenty of chances to enjoy spending time along the Humber River. I've lived here for a few years, and while not perfect, it’s definitely one of the better condos I’ve had. The building maintenance is good, with beautiful views, great amenities, and a great convenient location. Security team is generally helpful, and dealing with management has been mainly positive, though communication could be a bit better. My complaint would be that elevators can be a hassle—breakdowns happen more than not. It’s pretty solid overall to live if you want to be close to nature and the city.
