Good space and location, but it’s not perfect. Some of the finishes feel a bit dated compared to newer builds. That said, the rent is reasonable and the building has a good sense of community.

I've lived here for a few years, and while not perfect, it’s definitely one of the better condos I’ve had. The building maintenance is good, with beautiful views, great amenities, and a great convenient location. Security team is generally helpful, and dealing with management has been mainly positive, though communication could be a bit better. My complaint would be that elevators can be a hassle-breakdowns happen more than not. It’s pretty solid overall to live if you want to be close to nature and the city.

Moved here after selling a house and it’s been a comfortable transition. There’s enough green space around to feel like you’re not in the middle of the city and the staff keep things running smoothly.

Over the years this building has held up very well. Amenities like the pool and gym are well maintained. It's not flashy, but it's dependable and the community here is friendly and diverse.

I'm blown away by how close it is to the park. The lobby feels welcoming and the view from the higher floors is amazing - you can see the green stretch all the way to the horizon!

Bought my first condo here and have no regrets. The space is large for what you pay and the surroundings are incredibly calming. Easy access to HWY 427 is a huge plus for commuting.

I love the layout of my unit! Bit of a hotel vibe through the whole building, and teh views and square footage are just not something you get in the inner city. The location is like being in ature but in the city.
