The unit is spacious with a large balcony and the building is very very clean. The amenities are great, especially the squash courts and the indoor pool. Now I don't need a gym membership! The location is convenient with easy access to public transit and plenty of dining options nearby.

The building has a strong sense of community with many residents having lived here for years. The amenities are top-notch.. 24/7 concierge, gym, pool, squash courts, even a movie theatre. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Wellesley subway and close to all the action. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. It's a peaceful, pet-friendly environment that feels like home!

While the building offers excellent amenities and a central location, I've encountered some challenges. The property management can be unresponsive at times and maintenance requests take longer than expected. The noise levels can be high, especially on weekends, due to the building's proximity to nightlife. It's a great place for those who value amenities and location, but be prepared for occasional inconveniences.

Quiet building, very clean, and beautifully maintained. Big thumbs up to the management for keeping everything running smoothly.

I love that the sound proofing is so well done here. Occasionally, we could hear sounds from out in the hallway (other residents try to be quiet in the hallway, which is nice), but we hear little to no sound from adjacent units. Building rules ask that residents to maintain quiet living environment, and it is in general very quiet and peaceful.
The staff are very friendly, and most residents are also very friendly.
We like that this building allows pets (two pets per unit permitted), and we enjoy seeing dogs from other units.
This is an older building (will be 40 years old in 2025), but very well maintained (e.g. public areas are cleaned regularly), and secured (e.g. security guard on site). I love that the bricks are cheery shade of red! We haven't tried the amenities much, but based on building updates from management, we could see that the place is actively and regularly repaired and maintained, which is great. e.g. The windows are relatively new and triple paned, which gives better insulation and noise reduction, and we had fan coil inspection recently.
Overall, I'm very happy to live here.
Celebrity Place is a classic building built in the mid-80s. The variety of well-maintained amenities and the friendly building staff make this an excellent option for end-users. Because of its age, the building will have a mix of renovated and original units, with most unit types being two bedrooms. Like many buildings, this isn't perfect, and one of the downsides is that the noise insulation between a unit and the hallways isn't excellent. Still, the noise insulation between units is fine.
