Maintenance has been mostly fine but I’ve had a few delays. Nothing urgent, just small things that drag on longer than they should.

I find the location a strong selling point. Transit, schools and parks are all close enough to attract steady renters. The building itself is functional with decent finishes - nothing extravagant but it holds its own. Tenants appreciate the quiet atmosphere even though it’s near main roads. The balance between accessibility and calm works well for those wanting a break from the bustle but without feeling isolated. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and that’s made my job easier. All in all, a practical investment in a neighbourhood that’s slowly becoming more vibrant.

The mix of city and greenery is refreshing. It’s easy to forget you’re so close to busy roads once you step inside. The unit layout flows well, with bright rooms and a comfortable feel. I’ve enjoyed the quiet evenings and the community is low key but friendly.

Love living here! So many activities – bowling, tennis, virtual golf, yoga, and a bridge club. The amenities are amazing; you could stay all winter and never leave. It truly feels like a community.
