This residential complex is ideally located by Yonge Station and Bay. It’s super convenient with everything nearby. Corner rooms offer stunning views of the Don Valley.

As someone who works in finance, the direct indoor access to the TTC and PATH is a gamechanger, especially during the winter. I bought here a few years back and the convenience hasn’t lost its shine. The building feels secure, concierge is always polite and the location truly can’t be beat.

Visited a friend here recently. The unit was clean and bright, but the common areas felt a bit outdated compared to newer condos. The elevator was also surprisingly slow. Still can’t argue with how central it is - you're literally right above the subway.
