The building runs pretty smoothly. It’s clear that the condo board takes the upkeep very seriously. Hallways are clean, garbage isn’t piling up, everything’s generally in order 24-7.

The concierge team here is solid - friendly without being fake and they actually get to know residents. That small detail makes a BIG difference!

This place has a stability you don’t often see anymore. Fewer investors, more actual residents, and a mix of homeowners and renters which I support. It’s a quieter vibe and that is exactly what I was looking for.

Love how tucked away this area feels without being far from anything. Quick access to the 401, but somehow still quiet at night.

The views from the higher floors are great. You can actually see skyline, not just other towers. Noise levels are kept at bay and elevators are usually reliable - no drama whatsoever here and that's all you can ask for these days.

Units here are way more spacious than anything new going up nearby. There’s real room to breathe. You’re not crammed into a shoebox with a balcony the size of a yoga mat.

Some of the finishes in the common areas are definitely showing their age. It’s not run down perse, just not modern. Depends on how much that matters to you I suppose.

Excellent security and luxury features, with amenities like a sauna, billiards room and indoor golf. Located in a beautiful, vibrant area!
