A green roof is situated atop the building&rsquo;s 4-storey podium, a nod to the developer&rsquo;s environmental mindedness. Monarch Group, which happens to be a member of the Canada Green Building Council, built this particular edifice to be more energy efficient. And while residents can feel good living in a building that was built with the planet in mind, there&rsquo;s also the added bonus that this energy efficiency will save them money in the long run.Residents can also save on a gym membership by making use of the fitness centre at 80 Marine Parade Dr, and the indoor pool is another great place to exercise. Great building in a great area. Clean, no bugs anywhere. Pleasant staff from cleaning to security. I didn’t give 5 stars because of the annoying fire alarms that go off at least once every couple months. I would rent here again anytime (if the price is right).

Lived here 8 years.. great waterfront spot with amazing views! Solid amenities, good (not great) management but limited visitor parking. Noise sometimes but to be expected in such a busy area.

Love living at the Waterscape! Beautiful lakeside location, heated saltwater pool and rooftop views are to die for. Hallways need upgrades though but the peaceful vibe and vibrant community make it worth it.
