Additionally, there are outdoor swimming pools, splash pads, playgrounds, soccer fields, and a variety of outdoor sports complexes.

Parents have several schools nearby for children from primary to senior high, plus many athletic programs and youth clubs — Antibes Community Centre provides programs and recreational facilities. Prices are generally lower than those found in downtown Toronto, and there are plenty of affordable 3 bedroom units for families on a budget.

For those interested in a condo here, most buildings were constructed in the late 70s and early 80s, and as a result, suites tend to be far larger than units in modern buildings. The one drawback is that finishes could be dated in buildings like 135 Antibes Condos or Primrose Towers I Condos, and some units may require updating. Building amenities vary, but you can expect to find gyms, pools, saunas, and on-site security in most properties.

For buyers who want a townhome, suite sizes are generous at Bloom Park Towns, and prices are reasonable — of course, like most townhomes, you won’t get a whole bunch of extras.
