We’re just going to go ahead and say it: York Crosstown is underrated. This area may not be the most sought-after spot in the city, but it’s got quite a few selling points that will have prospective renters thinking twice about living anywhere else.

Much of the area can be found along the eastern banks of the Humber River, from the 401 all the way down to Bloor. The area also extends all the way to the Allen Expressway to the east, predominantly covering the land north of St. Clair and south of Glencairn.
