Living here has been a solid experience. The units are well laid out with decent finishes and large windows that let in a lot of light. It’s walking distance to groceries and transit which makes daily errands super convenient. The concierge team is friendly and the building’s generally well maintained

I’ve lived here for nearly a decade and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon. The management is proactive and the residents are respectful. The area feels very walkable and safe and you really get that blend of urban convenience with a quieter suburban feel.

Nice location no doubt. I like being close to the shops and the community centre but some of the common areas could use a refresh. The unit itself is spacious though.. way more than newer builds. If you’re not hung up on modern finishes, it’s a great place to be.

Visited family here a few times. The units are surprisingly roomy and the view from higher floors is nice. Elevators can be slow at peak times and guest parking can be a bit tight.
