    Nice mix of professionals and retirees here. I’ve owned my unit for a few years now and it’s been a very low-stress experience. The building isn’t flashy, but it’s well cared for and very functional.

    As a first-time buyer, this place has exceeded my expectations. Quiet building, helpful concierge and my unit has a great view. The lobby is clean and welcoming, and I’ve never had an issue with noise or maintenance. Close to everything I need.

    Love the community feel here. People actually say hi in the elevator, which I didn’t expect in a GTA condo. Great value for what you get, and my balcony faces west so I get amazing sunsets.

    Nice building, but I expected more in terms of finishes. Some of the fixtures feel dated compared to newer builds in the area. That said, the location is excellent and the neighbourhood feels safe. Solid mid-tier option.
