It is a great building—quiet, clean, and well managed, with good concierge service. The location is very convenient. Within about an 8-minute drive, there are two Walmarts, Home Depot, two Staples, two No Frills supermarkets, T&T Supermarket, HomeSense, and more. The condominium is surrounded by many luxury homes.

The York Region District School Board is directly across the street from the building, and Thornhill Secondary School (167 Dudley Ave, Thornhill, ON L3T 2E7) is about an 8-minute walk away.
