Excellent condo, boutique building that is very well built. The suites feel very sofisticated and the views are green on all sides because of the location. Perfect for anyone who isn't really into the downtown vibes but loves the amenities of a beautiful, clean property. Hope to live here soon.

The suite is larger than most newer condos and the finishes feel classic instead of trendy. I like walking to shops and the nearby park, and overall the building just seems really well maintained.

I bought here for the quieter lifestyle and I’ve been really happy so far. The building has a more mature vibe (think less party, more peaceful) My unit overlooks the ravine and I love hearing birds instead of traffic in the mornings. It’s a very underrated spot.
