    Retiring here has been a delight. The location is serene with beautiful lake views and easy access to walking trails. The pool is great for socializing. The community is friendly and I feel safe and comfortable here!

    Living at the Rowe has been a fantastic experience. The proximity to the Whitby GO makes commuting to Toronto a breeze. The building is well maintained, everything is top-notch. I especially enjoy the stunning lake views from the rooftop! It's a perfect blend of urban living and waterfront tranquility.

    The units are spacious and bright with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. We appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the friendly community. The only downside is the slightly higher maintenance fees, but considering the amenities and location it's worth it.

    The demand for units is steady thanks to its prime location near the GO and the waterfront. The building's amenities are attractive to potential tenants. While the maintenance fees are on the higher side, the overall return on investment has been positive for me!

    The building is clean and the staff are responsive. But I've noticed some noise from neighbouring units. Also parking can be a bit tight. Overall, it's a decent place to live especially if you value being close to the waterfront and transit options.
