I moved here to simplify - less shoveling, more coffee on the balcony. Everything’s clean, the staff’s polite and my neighbours keep to themselves mostly. Would give five stars, but visitor parking is always full on weekends.

This place feels like Stouffville’s best kept secret. Our unit gets a ton of natural light and the layout actually makes sense - no weird nooks or dead space. I’m a sucker for a walkable area and having Main Street and Longo’s right around the corner is a win. We hosted our first Christmas here last year in the party room and got so many compliments. Also, underground parking in the winter? Never going back.

I thought a newer build would mean soundproofing was on point, but I could hear full phone convos through the walls. Great kitchen, sure, but elevators felt slow and the gym was smaller than my expectations. It’s not terrible, just kind of meh for the price. You can probably find better value around town.

It’s a very luxurious place, mostly occupied by seniors, which adds to the calm vibe. If there was a pool, I’d rate it 5/5!

Love living here! The concierge is always friendly and helpful, and the building is consistently clean and well-maintained. It feels like a truly comfortable place to call home.
