    The tower at 100 Wingarden Crt has long appealed to families, in large part because of the lower price per square foot in the area and the accessibility of green spaces. The building offers limited amenities, that include; a tennis and squash court, a concierge, and underground parking.

    Recently, improvements have begun for all common areas in the residence, promising to further increase demand.

    The Suites

These Scarborough condos offer plenty of square footage, beginning at 900 square feet for the smallest unit in the building to 1548 square feet for the largest 3 bedroom suites.     100 Wingarden Court Condominium occupies a convenient locale within the Malvern & White Haven neighbourhood. Horseley Hill Park is located nearby for walking paths, sports fields, and a playground. Neilson House Community Centre is situated only steps from the complex, and it hosts a garden and a skate park.

    For shopping, there’s the Malvern Town Centre — which houses a small collection of shops, home stores, and a supermarket. Residents can venture south-east to the intersection of Morningside Ave and Sheppard Ave E, for additional retail options. But, for a true shopping excursion, residents will need to drive to Scarborough Town Centre, where they’ll find a collection of clothing boutiques, big box stores, a food court, and a cinema for movie nights.

    Those seeking nightlife will need to look outside of the neighbourhood, however, there are many restaurants like Hong Food Malvern Town Center, Flame Shawarma & Grill, and The Wing Spot. As well, residents can find nearby cafes like Kin-kin Bakery, and the usual fast food chains. Families have great schools in the area, daycares, and athletic facilities such as Indoor Cricket at Actionzone Indoor.

    Transportation

    While not as convenient as downtown Toronto condos, residents of 100 Wingarden Crt have the luxury of running errands on foot; Francois' No Frills is within a 10 minute walk, and the Malvern Town Centre houses a financial institution, a salon, and service Canada office.

    Those who rely on public transit can catch a bus on Neilson Rd, however, service isn’t ideal for commuting to downtown Toronto. Driving is the preferred method of travel for most condo residents thanks to a nearby on-ramp for Highway 401.
