Everything works, everything is clean and I haven’t heard my neighbours through the walls once. That’s a win in my books.

This place was a hidden gem for us. Close to the TTC, grocery right across the street and our balcony gives us an unobstructed sunset every night. We entertain a lot and everyone’s always impressed.

Moved in during a snowstorm and still somehow had the smoothest move in experience ever. Concierge are soooo attentive. Gym’s nothing crazy but gets the job done. My balcony faces the sunrise and waking up feels like a movie.

Sure, it’s not brand new, but the bones are good. Security is sharp too! It's so clean and safe here.

Not bad but not amazing. My biggest gripe is parking spots are tight. I’m driving a Corolla and still feel like I’m threading a needle. Hallways could use a paint refresh too.

Honestly? Meh. Walls scuffed, elevator broke twice in one month and the buzzer system is janky. Maybe I just got unlucky with timing, but it’s been a bit of a letdown so far.

My unit’s layout is a little funky but the light in the morning makes up for it. Bonus: surprisingly fast elevators!

Shoutout to the building staff-genuinely the friendliest crew I’ve met in a condo. I love it here so much!

Premium location with a quiet vibe. The clean environment and friendly reception make it a pleasant spot to live. Could improve on furnishings but overall a very nice space.

Great features—wide hallways, spacious units and a functional underground parking setup. Management keeps everything running smoothly.

Security here is top tier and the property is well maintained. Units are reasonably priced for the area, and the quiet atmosphere is a huge plus. Highly recommend for peace and safety.

Spacious units, well designed amenities and great management make this building stand out. Compared to others in the GTA its excellent value and functionality. A refreshing change from overcrowded, noisy condos.
