My unit is compact but efficiently designed, makes the most of the space. The amenities, especially the gym and rooftop terrace, are excellent. The location is ideal: close to the waterfront, parks and downtown attractions. The only downside is the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's manageable. Overall it's a great place to live for young professionals.

The suite was bright and had a functional layout, though on the smaller side. The building's amenities are top-notch and the location is unbeatable (close to parks, transit, downtown stuff). The only concern is the price point, which seems high for the size. Still considering my options, but it's definitely a contender.

The building has held up well over the 5 years I've been here and the management has been proactive in maintaining the property. The amenities are excellent, especially the gym and rooftop terrace- great spaces to relax. The location is unbeatable for waterfront living, with parks and walking trails just steps away. The community is friendly and the concierge staff is always on point.

Moved into Library a few months ago. The unit is modern with stainless steel appliances and biiiig windows. The amenities, especially the gym and party room, are great for socializing. The location is ideal because it's so close to transit and downtown. Only downside is the small size of the unit, but it's manageable for my needs.

The building's design is striking with its colorful glass exterior and book-themed lobby. The amenities are impressive and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Toronto. It seems like a vibrant community with a lot to offer.

The condo is clean, well maintained and super organized. The balconies have gaps that could be dangerous, but the views of the city and lake are great. The gym is fully equipped and management is responsive to any issues I raise.

Library District is a condo developed by Context Development in 2014. It has 364 units across 29 storeys. Located in Cityplace, an area known for its lower-quality condos, the Library District is one of the better condos in the area. It is a good consideration for end-users entering the real estate market. Things I like: - The building has a variety of amenities, including a gym, party room, visitor parking, and concierge, among a few others - Majority of units have hardwood floors - Nice west-facing views that overlook Fort York - Maintenance fees haven't increased in the past two years (I believe that's due to them replacing a previous condo manager) - The building is clean and well-maintained - Pretty good outdoor noise insulation, which is vital due to its proximity to the train tracks Things to consider: - Lower quality of finishes in the kitchen - The gym in the building is relatively small - The noise insulation between the unit and the hallway can sometimes be a problem, but unit-to-unit noise insulation is still good - Based on the experience of current residents in the building, I heard that flooding is a common issue in certain unit types - There is planned construction directly North of the building, which will impact north-facing views - Location gets busy during rush hour, and sports games
