Bought here in 2020 - honestly not a bad place to live or invest for that matter. Units are compact but functional. You get decent value for the price, especially with TTC and the 401 nearby. The building feels safe and management is always responsive enough.

Looked at a one-bed here recently. The lobby seemed clean and well kept and the unit had nice light. I feel the layout was a bit cramped and the ceilings were lower than I’m used to. Location’s a win though if you work nearby.

Purchased a unit here for rental purposes. So far no major issues. Low vacancy and super easy to find tenants. It’s not a luxury building, but for the price point and location it performs well.

Love being here - it’s got everything I need. My unit is quite efficient and the building is well run. The location makes commuting easy and I’ve had no problems with noise or neighbours. Would recommend it if you're looking for something affordable and practical.

No major complaints. The elevators are orderly, maintenance responds quickly and the building has a nice community feel. It’s not flashy, but it works!

The area’s improving and the price is tempting, but resale value seems to depend heavily on the floor plan and view. Lots of other towers around, so sunlight can be hit or miss.

Solid mid-range condo in the area I checked out! The gym was actually better than I expected and the party room was in use but didn’t cause any noise issues. Lobby staff were polite as well

Really happy with my unit here - it's quiet, has a good view and the building is surprisingly clean for how many people live in it. Close to Fairview and the subway helps too!

Great condo with top-notch amenities and quality materials. The garage can be tricky for first-time visitors, and elevators may be slower during rush hour, but the positives far outweigh these minor issues. Highly recommended

Great location near Fairview Mall, TTC, and the subway. Clean environment, and helpful staff always ready to assist. Convenient and well-maintained living space with everything you need close by.

Unbelievable view if you have a corner unit like me. Can't speak for everyone else but this pays for my unit alone
