    Really happy with my unit here - it's quiet, has a good view and the building is surprisingly clean for how many people live in it. Close to Fairview and the subway helps too!

    Bought here in 2020 - honestly not a bad place to live or invest for that matter. Units are compact but functional. You get decent value for the price, especially with TTC and the 401 nearby. The building feels safe and management is always responsive enough.

    Looked at a one-bed here recently. The lobby seemed clean and well kept and the unit had nice light. I feel the layout was a bit cramped and the ceilings were lower than I’m used to. Location’s a win though if you work nearby.

    Love being here - it’s got everything I need. My unit is quite efficient and the building is well run. The location makes commuting easy and I’ve had no problems with noise or neighbours. Would recommend it if you're looking for something affordable and practical.
