This building has a serious rodent problem with rodents finding their way into people’s units. I caught 20+ mice, my neighbours caught 20+ mice….I would avoid this building. I moved out because management could not seem to resolve the rodent issues and I had issues for 2+ years with no resolution in site.

The location is unbeatable if you like nature and quiet, but there’s not much in the way of nightlife or cafes within walking distance. It’s more suited to retirees or people who drive. Beautiful space, just not the most convenient for younger folks.

There have been too many issues for my one year of living here. Mice, noise insulation is non-existant, same as the actual insulation, so the walls are cold. Waterford is close to the water treatment plant so yo can smell the sewage sometimes. Mechanical issues are a problem too, like heating, hot water, drainage. The location and views are great, but the building needs some maintenance updates.

Our unit has ginormous windows with incredible lake views and the layout made the space feel bigger than it was. Staff is friendly, neighbours are respectful. A real gem in the bay!

Feels like a retreat from the city while still being close enough to get to the core in 15 minutes. I love having direct access to the waterfront and Humber Bay Park. Everything is well maintained, from the lobby to the rooftop terrace. Would absolutely buy here again.

Views are gorgeous but the elevators are slow and the HVAC system needs an upgrade. Some units still have older fixtures that feel dated. You’re mostly paying for location and space.

I’ve lived here for five years and still enjoy it. It's not a flashy, party-style condo - it’s more refined and lowkey. Great gym and the pool is actually usable, not just for show. A solid choice if you want to be close to the water but away from downtown chaos.

One of the best places I’ve lived. The lake views are unreal - you can literally see the sunrise from your balcony. The building is quiet, elegant and has a calm little residential vibe. Love walking the waterfront trail right outside.

I visited a friend here and while the lobby is nice, the actual unit had weird temperature issues - super cold in one room, hot in another. Definitely looks good on the outside, but some of the infrastructure might be showing its age?

Nice building, but guest parking is a headache and the concierge isn’t always helpful. The units are beautiful though, especially the ones facing south. Lots of light and really solid construction overall.

Clean, beautiful complex with a respectful security team, polite residents, and a peaceful, community-like vibe. Much quieter and more welcoming compared to my previous place.
