    This building has mice. My neighbours caught 22 mice. I caught 19 mice. Elevators break down frequently. Frequent water shut offs and hot water issues. Frequent heating and AC interruptions. I’ve experienced many plumbing back ups to my suite.

    There have been too many issues for my one year of living here. Mice, noise insulation is non-existant, same as the actual insulation, so the walls are cold. Waterford is close to the water treatment plant so yo can smell the sewage sometimes. Mechanical issues are a problem too, like heating, hot water, drainage. The location and views are great, but the building needs some maintenance updates.
