    I straight up couldn't be happier. The building is well kept even in the dead of winter when people get lazy. The staff are friendly and responsive, seems they truly give a care. The amenities are top notch and the location is perfect on the waterfront

    I've had immense success renting out units here. The demand is high due to the building's amenities and location, that does all the heavy lifting. Tenants rave to me about the gym, pool and proximity to the waterfront - seems to be the place to be.

    Five years into living here and I still love it. The building is well managed and the amenities are excellent. The community is welcoming and the location can't be beat. Highly recommend to anyone considering moving here, it's worth every cent.

    I've been here for six months thus far and am very satisfied. The unit is spacious and quiet. The building's amenities are great and the location is PRIME for commuting. Only minor issue is occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's been moving faster than we were told so maybe that'll end soon.

    Such a dreamy place. The views of Lake Ontario are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Maintenance is always prompt and not just the staff, the community at large is quite friendly.
