Living at the Montage has been a great experience. The location is unbeatable! Close to downtown with easy access to public transit and the waterfront. The building offers excellent amenities including a gym and pool. My unit is modern and well maintained. Overall it's a fantastic place to live.

As an investor, Montage has been a solid choice. The units are in high demand due to the prime location and quality construction, never hurts being close to the financial district. The building has held its value well over the years.

My partner and I moved into Montage six months ago. We love the spacious layout of our unit and the natural light from the large windows. The building is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The only downside is the occasional noise from the street, but it's manageable.

After downsizing from a house, I chose Montage for its location. The unit is comfortable however I find the corridors a bit narrow and the ceilings lower than expected. It's a decent place, but there are areas for improvement.

I've been renting here for a year. The location is convenient and the building has decent amenities. However the elevators are often slow and the walls between units are a bit thin... you can hear your neighbours at times. The proximity to downtown makes up for some of the shortcomings.

Great people and location. Elevators work fine when both are operational.

Convenient Sobeys downstairs. Visitor parking is small and getting passes is a hassle. Otherwise the complex is clean and dog-friendly with plenty to do nearby.

Elevator issues were fixed months ago. The building is clean, well located and includes a Sobeys, schools, a community center and dog park. Management is responsive. Traffic can be bad though.
