    Nice building with great amenities, but the parking setup can be frustrating. Navigating the garage isn’t the easiest. That said, the rooftop is fantastic and the lake views are a bonus.

    Love the quiet vibe here - feels more a resort than downtown condo life. The pool is clean, gym is stacked and I appreciate the co-working space downstairs. Short drive to Humber Bay parks and trails too!

    Solid choice for a newer build in the west end. Units are bright and well designed. The area is still developing, so it doesn’t feel super lively yet but it’s getting there. No real complaints.

    My unit is good and there's a great gym and green space, but inconsistent management and maintenance issues, like the sauna and water lines, can be frustrating. Community behavior is hit or miss too.

    The building is well-built and run by an efficient property management team. Its location near Grand Avenue Park adds to its appeal w convenience and green space for residents to enjoy.
