The 18-storey residential building at 2645 Kipling Avenue was constructed back in 1978 by Grenadier Investments Ltd. Inside are just over 200 Toronto condos, plus an array of club-like amenities. Residents can forgo a gym or golf club membership and instead make use of the gym, indoor pool, sauna, and tennis court at 2645 Kipling. And last but not least, the building is staffed by a concierge who greets residents and their guests, and ensures everything is in order.
The Suites

When it comes time to stock up on groceries, residents living at 2645 Kipling Ave can drive just 4 minutes in order to reach Albion Mall. This shopping centre contains a No Frills, as well as a Shoppers Drug Mart, a Canadian Tire, and LCBO, and more.
Transportation
Living at 2645 Kipling is especially convenient for residents who drive. Major highways like the 427, Highway 27, and the 407 are all a quick ride away — although the latter requires a toll. When heading out of town (or reuniting with loved ones) residents can drive to Pearson International Airport in just 15 minutes. Alternatively, the drive all the way into downtown Toronto takes all of about 30 minutes when the traffic is light.
As for those without cars of their own, the 45 Kipling bus comes in handy. Residents can find a stop for this bus just outside 2645 Kipling, and once on the bus, the Etobicoke North GO Station is a 15-minute ride away. The Kipling bus also carries passengers all the way down to Kipling Station on the Bloor-Danforth subway line.
