My partner and I have been here for six months and it’s been a great spot for us. The amenities are useful but not excessive, and our unit has a cozy vibe. The rooftop views are a nice bonus!

This was my first home purchase and I’m so glad I went with it. Compact unit, but well thoughtout. Lots of built-in storage and modern appliances. Plus I’m steps from transit which is a priority.

Not a bad place to live, but the surrounding area still feels like it’s under construction. The condo itself is nice and quiet though, and the unit has everything I need. Just wish there were more shops nearby already open.

Solid building overall. My unit gets great light and the finishes are better than I expected for the price. Sometimes the lobby gets a little busy, but the staff are friendly and the neighbourhood is growing fast.

I moved into Tretti last year and couldn’t be happier. The building is clean and modern and the units are well designed with efficient layouts. Love having quick access to Wilson stn, it makes commuting downtown so easy.

Went to see a few units here recently, impressed by the style and value. The building seems to attract a lot of professionals and it’s got a good energy without being too busy or loud.

Tretti has been a great choice as an income property. It’s near transit and growing infrastructure which makes it attractive to tenants. Turnover has been low and rent rates have stayed healthy.

The smart layout makes the most of the square footage and the location works really well for me since I drive and occasionally take transit. Nice mix of residents and it doesn’t feel overcrowded.

Modern new condo with a great location near Yorkdale Mall. Convenient living but limited parking for visitors and some residents. Still, its a solid choice for renters or buyers.

Great location with subway and highway access. Well maintained with solid amenities. Professional management, diligent concierge, and reliable cleaning services make living here easy and comfortable.
