    My partner and I have been here for six months and it’s been a great spot for us. The amenities are useful but not excessive, and our unit has a cozy vibe. The rooftop views are a nice bonus!

    This was my first home purchase and I’m so glad I went with it. Compact unit, but well thoughtout. Lots of built-in storage and modern appliances. Plus I’m steps from transit which is a priority.

    Not a bad place to live, but the surrounding area still feels like it’s under construction. The condo itself is nice and quiet though, and the unit has everything I need. Just wish there were more shops nearby already open.

    I moved into Tretti last year and couldn’t be happier. The building is clean and modern and the units are well designed with efficient layouts. Love having quick access to Wilson stn, it makes commuting downtown so easy.

    Tretti has been a great choice as an income property. It’s near transit and growing infrastructure which makes it attractive to tenants. Turnover has been low and rent rates have stayed healthy.

    Solid building overall. My unit gets great light and the finishes are better than I expected for the price. Sometimes the lobby gets a little busy, but the staff are friendly and the neighbourhood is growing fast.
