Ellipse - West Tower Condos / Reviews

One of the few condo buildings in Scarborough where the den in the units have a door. Due to the age of the building, the layout of the units are great. There's actually space in the kitchen. Building is well managed with great amenities (pool, party room, etc). This is a good place to rent, especially since it's rent-controlled. Smooth commute to Centennial College, close to 401 and Scarborough Town Centre. The value would have been way higher if the Scarborough RT was functional. Will take some time for the subway to complete. Biggest downside of all Lee Centre buildings are there are no balconies and most of the units don't have light fixtures. So you have to buy a lamp for each room (including the living room too). For now, hydro is the only utility for this building.
