The building is always clean and most of the concierge staff are kind and professional. However I really wish there was visitor parking available.

I’ve been renting here for a year and it’s been a good experience. The building is quiet (mostly professionals) and the location makes it easy to walk or bike pretty much anywhere downtown. My unit faces the courtyard so it stays fairly calm even though it’s close to major streets.
