The Monarch Group is responsible for the pair of towers, with Equinox II reaching to 37 storeys and containing 349 Toronto condos. Like any good 21st century building, 50 Brian Harrison Way maintains an active website, where residents can find an events calendar, contact information for property management, and more.

    Prospective residents fall for 50 Brian Harrison Way for a number of reasons; its location and its impressive lineup of amenities being just two. Active types can often be found enjoying the building’s gym or indoor pool. After an intense workout (or perhaps in place of one), residents can head to the sauna to relax. Once here, passengers can reach Union Station in less than one hour via the Scarborough, Bloor-Danforth, and Yonge subway lines.

    Then there’s the option to use buses to get around: passengers can ride the 9 Bellamy to the Eglinton GO Station, for example, or the 92 Yorkdale GO bus toward North York Centre Station on the Yonge subway line.

    Last but not least, residents who prefer to drive can reach the 401 in just minutes by heading north along McCowan or Brimley. Once here, residents can zip east or west across the city, or travel to a different city altogether.
