The rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the city and lake that just don't quit. The integration of a Loblaws supermarket within the building is a game-changer too! I want to move into my friend's unit lol

During my tour I was impressed by the modern architecture and the integration of historic elements. The units offer stunning lake views, and its the proximity to downtown is a plus. However the surrounding area is still under development, and not everyone loves construction..

I love every moment here. The yoga studio and media room are my highlights. The building's location offers easy access to both downtown and the waterfront. The only minor issue was the occasional noise from nearby construction.

Moved in about 2 months ago and I already regret it. Fire alarms seemsto go off least 4 times a week. Elevators are broken/out-of-service at least twice a week. In the last week alone the following has all happened simultaneously: one of the main entrances/fob system is down (it's been over a week and still no sign of being remotely fixed), pipe burst/flooding in the lobby causes all 3 elevators to be down for an extended period of time, and entire building + in-suite heating completely down (this has happened twice in a row in the span of 2-3 days). On top of that, concierge is almost never at their desk and they take forever to release packages to residents that have already been delivered. None of this feels real. It's an absolute horror show living here and I can see why you will always overhear fellow residents complaining about how terrible both the building + management really is.

Having Metro, LCBO and Shoppers just downstairs is incredibly convenient. The nearby green spaces and trails make it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. I love it here!

Living at Lakeshore has been a delightful experience. The nice big windows flood the unit with natural light and the views of the lake are simply breathtaking. The building's proximity to parks and the waterfront makes it ideal for morning jogs. It's a big tourist area in the summer though

From an investment perspective, it's solid value. The units are spacious, the only thing I hear from my tenant is long elevator wait times during peak hours.

The unit's interior is beautiful and the lakeviews are mesmerizing. The building management unfortunately frequently requests access to units for maintenance, which can feel intrusive. Rescheduling these visits is often not an option either..

By far the worst-managed condo.

It's easy to blame things, but the location and view are amazing. Property management’s response time could improve, but I’m hopeful as the building gets more settled.

This building has a fantastic location! Problems are common in new apartments, but good communication and problem-solving will make everything work out...

Building management is working hard to fix recent issues. Overall, the location is great, and I’m optimistic things will improve.

The location is super convenient with a Loblaws right beneath the building, making grocery shopping so easy.

low maintenance fees and right by street car access, highway access, and lakeshore trail access. High floor waterviews here are very gorgeous. All building finishes and layouts are mindfuly crafted. One of my (current) personal favourites
