    The location is convenient, with the TTC stop right outside and several grocery stores nearby. The building is generally quiet and all of my neighbors are friendly!

    Duka property management along with the board of directors is completely corrupt. I cannot recommend living here; I suggest you read the online reviews. Additionally, Liam Vieira has never been a resident in this property. Both Gary B and Emily Sanchez are real estate agents, yet they have never resided in this building. How can you place your trust in their perspective? Realtors tend to claim that every location is desirable. Personally, I would not depend on their views. Consult Google reviews.

    Do you like old buildings? This one is pretty old and some of the maintenence issues come with that but it's really close to the train and the mall, which is convenient, so overall it's a lovely place to live.
