Puts you right in the middle of the Distillery... which is both amazing .. and occasionally hectic. The building itself is sleek with a unique design and killer views if you're high enough. My unit has large windows overlooking the lake and I honestly never get tired of that view. Elevators can be slow at peak hours, but overall the lifestyle here is worth it if you love the artsy, historic vibe of the neighbourhood.
