Building has plenty of visitor parking and great security entry points (must use keypad to enter garage and enter building again). Lobby is designed very well with art pieces. Community Centre and Library also nearby. Right on border of North York and Scarborough. Stock appliances aren't stainless but a 1 bedroom is quite spacious and functional. Rent-controlled as well.

I’ve been living here for a while and love it. Great location with easy access to subway and shopping. The amenities are solid, just wish the elevators were quicker.
