These townhomes are tucked away in a surprisingly peaceful pocket just steps from Eglinton. It’s rare to find this kind of quiet so close to the subway and shops. Interiors are a bit dated in some units, but the layouts are generous and there’s a nice sense of privacy despite being in midtown.

Solid location and the townhomes offer a nice alternative to condo towers in the area. That said, be prepared for some aging elements - you can tell the complex isn’t new. Still, the greenery around the walkways and the lowrise feel are a big plus.
