Brockton Village — the neighbourhood that everyone forgot about.
Sandwiched between Dufferin Grove and Roncesvalles, Brockton Village condos don’t quite grab the attention of buyers in the same way that condos do in neighbourhoods next door, but this west end Toronto neighbourhood has a ton to offer; vibrant dining and nightlife on College and Bloor, shopping at Dufferin Mall, art galleries, fitness centres, and a number of conveniently located businesses to service the community.
Young professionals will love the area, but families will also appreciate Brockton Village condos — there are several respected schools in the neighbourhood, parks with playgrounds like MacGregor Playground; Brockton Village condos are affordably priced and tend to have large floor plans, which is an ideal combination for growing families; townhomes like Merchant Lane Townhouses are particularly spacious.
Residents can easily navigate the area via public transit — the neighbourhood is serviced by well laid out bus routes, streetcars on College and Dufferin, and Lansdowne Station and Dufferin Station are just north of the neighbourhood for subway lines. Car owners will have to spend some time in traffic, but can go south on Parkside Dr for the Gardiner Expressway.
