About 1330 Mississauga Valley Boulevard1330 Mississauga Valley Townhomes

1330 Mississauga Valley Condos cater to buyers who value substance over flash — and while the townhomes exteriors won’t be winning any awards for innovation, the brick facades conceal a gem within.

Landing a unit at 1330 Mississauga Valley Blvd is like discovering buried treasure. Concealed by tall trees and robust gardens, the townhome development is so low key that you could easily miss it from the street, and there’s just 72 units in total.

Unlike many modern townhome developments that incorporate into a larger condo structure, amenities are modest, limited to just parking and visitor parking. At first glance, the high condo fees could scare interested buyers, however, fees are all inclusive — so no high utility bills here. And considering the sheer size of these units, the fees are more than justified.

For buyers who prefer the feel of a condo building but love the location in the Mississauga Valley neighbourhood, there’s an established development just next door: 1320 Mississauga Valley Condos.

    The Suites

Families will love the rare floor plans at 1330 Mississauga Valley Blvd that span two storeys and also include a basement level with a rec room. Mississauga condos for sale in this residence range in size from 1200 square feet to 2400 for the largest units, and floor plans are available from 2 bedrooms to 4 bedroom plus den layouts.

Features and finishes vary in this complex and will depend on past renovations. The majority of units have hardwood flooring and large kitchens that come with full-sized pantries and plenty of cabinets. Units have dining rooms that open to the living space, but kitchens are often enclosed.

The multi storey layouts provide a nice sound barrier between the bedrooms and living room and kitchen. Bedrooms can be incredibly spacious, and many include enough space for a small sitting area or computer desk. Units have laundry, upper level balconies, private entrances, and front patios.

    The Neighbourhood

1330 Mississauga Valley Condos has everything a family could need. To start, the condos are only minutes away from Mississauga Valley Park — and this greenspace is packed with sports fields, trails, and it offers top notch athletic facilities and programs. Mississauga Valley Community Centre is situated in the park and it houses a skating arena, a library, and a daycare.

Condo residents have some shopping in the neighbourhood, but it pales in comparison to what’s waiting just beyond the western boundary: Square One shopping Centre is a 3 minute drive from the condos, and it hosts an incredible selection of fashion boutiques, big box stores, tech shops, and so much more. There’s also some great eateries here too, like Earls, and just a few blocks west — the popular Alijandro's Kitchen.

Living Arts Centre is close-by for performances, and Sheridan College - Hazel McCallion Campus is just minutes away for post secondary students.

    Transportation

1330 Mississauga Valley Blvd is surprisingly pedestrian-friendly by suburban standards: Central Parkway Mall is 12 minutes away on foot and has a Food Basics, a post office, and a few local businesses.

The neighbourhood has reasonable public transit with bus routes on Mississauga Valley Blvd connecting to Cooksville GO Station. Driving makes for an easier commute because it’s only a short drive south on Hurontario for a QEW on-ramp.
