We honestly lucked out landing a spot here. It’s weirdly peaceful for being this close to everything... schools, parks, groceries, you name it. There's actual community here! Our kids have made like 10 new friends just from riding bikes out front. It's cozy and solid

Moved from a condo downtown and-why didn’t we do this sooner? No elevators, no waiting for someone to stop hogging the laundry machines, actual backyard too!! The unit had a few cosmetic things we had to fix up, but once that was done it's been a total win. You can walk to the plaza in five minutes and be on the QEW in 11 min.
