Though the architecture at the Willow Walk Condos is far from contemporary, there are plenty of other reasons condo seekers want to call this building home. For one, the community of residents living at 2556 Argyle Road and 2542 Argyle Road is rather intimate, with only 200 suites spread throughout two buildings. Then there&rsquo;s the fact that residents have access to a games room and party room, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a tennis court, and barbecues.

Mississauga&rsquo;s Cooksville neighbourhood has a lot to offer, including quiet residential streets, public schools, and parks galore. Residents looking to spend some time outdoors can head over to Brickyard Park down the street, or they can visit any number of parks situated at the mouth of the Credit River.As far as shopping is concerned, residents living at 2556 Argyle can walk just 10 minutes in order to reach both a FreshCo and a Food Basics. The Square One Shopping Centre is also just up the road at Hurontario and Burmanthorpe, where residents can engage in some retail therapy from time to time.

The drive all the way to Union Station can take as little as 20 minutes (when traffic cooperates), while Pearson International is just a 15-minute drive away.

Older building with great amenities, like an outdoor pool, gym, suana and it has decent parking. Not far from a supermarket too.
