The Aquitaine Condos / Reviews

I've lived here for over 5 years and have really appreciated the quiet community. The building might be older, but the board takes care of things and improvements have been ongoing. The park is a great spot for walking or just relaxing.

It’s decent, but manage expectations. The condos are big and affordable but the building shows its age in places - especially in the hallways and common areas. Maintenance is okay, not amazing. Location is nice though, lots of green space nearby and a peaceful vibe overall.

Older building, but surprisingly well maintained. The units are very spacious compared to newer builds: you actually get real square footage here. The location is convenient too, close to alot of parks. Some of the finishes are dated but you can’t beat the size for the price.

Well-maintained condo with a welcoming atmosphere, mostly elderly residents. Renovations underway will enhance the already nice space. Looking forward to the updates!
