As an investor, this building has been reliable. Vacancies are rare and the tenants I’ve had have stayed long-term. The condo fees are stable and the board seems to be on top of upkeep. Definitely one of the better-managed towers in the area.

Pleasantly surprised. The lobby felt warm and welcoming and the unit had great natural light. It didn’t feel cramped like a lot of newer builds I’ve seen lately. Would absolutely consider moving here in the future.

The unit is always bright and functional and the concierge staff were always polite. Only thing I'd mention is the pool area could use some refreshing- functional but a little outdated.

Fantastic value for a downtown Mississauga condo. The square footage here is way better than what you’d get in newer towers. I’ve never had a major issue in the unit or common areas!

It’s been perfect. Safe building, nice amenities and super easy access to transit. Plus having Square One just a short walk away means you never really needs to drive.

It’s a good building overall, but there are some noise issues from Burnhamthorpe traffic if your unit faces that side. Also had a slow response to a leak last winter, but it eventually got sorted. Still, the location is hard to beat.

I've owned here for almost five years now and it's been a great experience. The building is professionally managed and maintenance requests are handled quickly. You really can't beat the location if you're working or studying in the downtown core.

Low maintenance fees, clean building and a good balance of owners and renters. Staff are friendly and helpful too

Prime Mississauga location near Square One. We are living in a penthouse with stunning views and close to everything, can’t beat it!
