One Park Tower Condos / Reviews

Been renting here for six months - absolutely love it. My unit is bright and spacious and everything seems so well maintained always. Plus the gym is legit so much better than most private ones I’ve used!

Solid building with an unbeatable location near Square One. The rooftop lounge is actually a hidden gem - great spot to unwind after work. My unit has a nice layout and the concierge team is always courteous.

Moved in during the spring and was pleasantly surprised by the community feel. Not just a bunch of units - actual neighbours here say hello? Not so common when I lived closer to the Downtown Toronto core. The BBQ area gets used a lot in summer too!

Found the walls a bit thin and had noise issues from the hallway. Management helped, but not much they could do structurally obviously. Wish I'd looked a bit longer before signing.

The building is nice, but elevators often break, stairs are awkward, and the spa remains unfixed. Communication is decent.

The amenities are nice on paper, but they’re often overcrowded or in repair. You can tell the building’s a bit older now. Still, location makes up for a lot.

It's a pretty average condo. Nothing major to complain about, but also nothing spectacular. Elevators are occasionally slow. Lobby is impressive though..

Great for young professionals like myself. I can walk to work, grab groceries in 5 minutes and still enjoy quiet evenings. My balcony view at sunset is freaking UN.Real.

Living here was fine until the elevators started breaking down regularly. Also visitor parking is really limited. The view was nice, but that only gets you so far..

Nice building in a convenient location with easy access to SQ1. Great views from higher floors and excellent community area and library.

The condo is beautiful with great amenities, and security is helpful. However, elevators need updates, and management could be more attentive.

Great towers, absolutely beautiful but very expensive

Living in One Park Tower for years has been great—beautiful architecture, excellent location, and a hardworking, dedicated management team!

Building is beautiful, some of the best management in the entire GTA, and the security is top tier.
