Lived here five years-thick walls, friendly staff, great management. Elevators can be tricky but the area is walkable with parks, food and shops nearby. Solid experience overall.

Solid place overall, but I wish they’d do more about noise coming from the street on weekends. Inside everything’s clean and staff are responsive but the outside matters too.

I’m a landlord there and haven’t had any issues with turnover. My tenants love the location and the building has been consistent. Management handles things quickly which makes my life easier.

Moved in last year and haven’t had any big complaints. Elevators move quickly enough especially compared to other spots in the city, garbage is handled well and the balcony space feels bigger than I expected.

One of the better buildings in the area. The suites have a smart layout and the kitchens actually offer decent prep space. Security is present without being intrusive.

Been renting here for two years and going. No serious complaints! One small leak from the vent unit once but it was handled within 24 hours. That’s rare... a+ service

Visited a friend who just bought here for their house warming. The view from the upper floors is unreal. You can actually see the lake on a clear day!

There's this nice energy in the building. There are a lot of young professionals and couples, but it’s not rowdy. Everyone seems so respectful of the community here!

Considering how many units are in the building, the noise insulation between floors could be better. You can sometimes hear people dragging chairs across tile late at night.
